QUETTA, BALOCHISTAN: Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) spokesperson Jeeyand Baloch said in a statement issued to the media that BLA fighters carried out 45 different operations across Balochistan over a period of 10 days, targeting the occupying Pakistani army and its agents.
In these attacks, 49 personnel of the occupying army were killed and a large number were injured, while control was taken over several posts of the forces and weapons and military equipment were seized. These operations included IED blasts, raids and direct armed attacks. Under Pakistan’s economic blockade of Balochistan, the fighters’ control over the main highways remained intact.
According to the spokesperson, August 19: In Quetta city, fighters simultaneously attacked the Kachhi Baig police station and a Pakistani army camp established on Munir Ahmed Road with hand grenades. The attacks caused heavy casualties and material losses to the forces.
August 22: In an IED attack at the location of “Chotu” in Balbal area of Zehri, 2 personnel of the occupying army were killed and another 2 were seriously injured. The enemy army was targeted when it was entering a temporary bunker. On the same day in Nushki, at the location of “Charhai,” fighters caused damage to a commercial vehicle and later to personnel of the occupying army on foot in armed attacks.
He said that the occupying army was ambushed in the Marjan area of Kalat, in which 4 personnel were killed on the spot. Meanwhile, in Khadkocha area of Mastung, the Baloch Liberation Army’s Special Tactical Operations Squad destroyed an armoured vehicle of the occupying army in an IED blast. Afterwards, another armoured vehicle was severely damaged with heavy weapons, while another vehicle of the occupying army also came under attack. In this intense attack, 13 personnel of the occupying army were killed and more than 10 were injured, while during these clashes, a BLA fighter, Ali Haider alias Kamal, attained the rank of martyrdom.
The spokesperson said that in Albat area of Kharan, fighters targeted the main camp of the occupying army with rockets and other heavy weapons. Meanwhile, in Kharan, at the location of “Niamadargi,” fighters continued a blockade on the highway for hours. On the same day in Armagai area of Washuk, fighters targeted the occupying army in an armed attack, in which 3 personnel of the occupying army were killed and several others were injured, while a military vehicle was rendered inoperable.
He said that furthermore, at the location of “Charsar” in Dalbandin area of Chagai, fighters attacked commercial vehicles and a convoy of the occupying army. In this attack, 5 personnel of the occupying army were killed and several others were injured, while commercial vehicles were also damaged.
August 23: In Hairabad area of Turbat, fighters first targeted personnel on foot providing security to convoys of the occupying army and then attacked the enemy’s main convoy, resulting in 3 enemy personnel being killed and 3 others injured.
August 24: In Mashkhel, fighters detained 2 Levies personnel, against whom complaints had been received regarding involvement in extortion. The weapons of the said personnel were confiscated, and they were released after a stern warning.
The spokesperson said that on the same day in Saranan area of Pishin, fighters killed 6 agents of Military Intelligence of the occupying Pakistani army belonging to Punjab. The said personnel had been detained while traveling.
Furthermore, fighters took control of 4 commercial vehicles from the commercial route at the location of “Chahter” in Chagai (Dalbandin) and rendered them inoperable.
August 25: In Dali area of Kharan, fighters detained 3 Customs personnel, and their interrogation is ongoing. On the same day in Kharan (Albat), a personnel deployed at the main camp of the occupying army was killed in a sniper attack. In addition, near “Mal Madrasa” in Surab, fighters targeted personnel of the occupying army’s bomb disposal squad in an IED attack, in which 2 personnel were injured.
August 26: On the night of August 26, Baloch Liberation Army fighters successfully took control of the Red Zone and other important locations in Kharan city, established checkpoints, and continued snap checking. In the Red Zone, fighters detained 3 police personnel in front of the DIG office and confiscated their weapons while setting fire to and destroying a police van. The said police personnel were later released. Fighters destroyed an enemy post and surveillance tower located in the middle of the Red Zone and being used by the enemy through explosions, while another unit attacked the “Latadar Check Post” at Kalan Bypass with rockets and other heavy weapons, inflicting heavy losses on the enemy.
He said that on the same day in the Granau area of Nushki, fighters killed Sanaullah son of Attaullah Jamaldini (resident of Killi Jamaldini, Nushki), an agent of the occupying Pakistani army. The said person was a close associate of Muawiya Jamaldini, an important state operative who was killed in a BLA attack last year. The agent Sanaullah was directly involved in recruiting informants for the occupying army, target killings, and raids on the homes of civilians.
In Chagai (Dalbandin), a personnel deployed at a gas plant was detained and his weapon was confiscated.
August 27: In Chahter area of Chagai, fighters took control of a rest house being used by the occupying army and set it on fire. On the same day in Ashani area of Barkhan, fighters blew up and destroyed a communication tower.
August 28: In Pangu area of Mastung, fighters blocked the main highway and continued snap checking. That night, fighters took control of Chahter Bazaar in Chagai and conducted snap checking for four hours. Meanwhile, in the Wangu area of Khuzdar, fighters established a blockade on the CPEC route, which continued throughout the night. The next day at 11 a.m., the occupying army attempted to advance into the area, which fighters targeted in an ambush. The armoured and other vehicles of the occupying army came under attack, resulting in 3 enemy personnel being killed on the spot and at least 4 being injured.
August 29: In Hairabad area of Turbat, fighters targeted a convoy of the occupying army in an ambush, in which 3 personnel were killed and more than 4 were injured. Meanwhile, in Guru area of Mastung, fighters targeted the occupying army when it was attempting to deliver supplies, in which 2 personnel of the occupying army were killed and several others were injured.
He said that on the same day at Chahter in Chagai, fighters took a commercial vehicle into custody, while at Chahter, Karodak, Nokchah and the gas plant locations, they took control of highways for several hours and continued snap checking. Meanwhile, near Gulf Hotel in Hub city, a tanker belonging to the National Logistics Corporation, an institution affiliated with the occupying army, was destroyed with a magnetic bomb. Furthermore, at the location of “Darya Cham” in Dasht area of Kech, fighters targeted personnel of the occupying army riding a motorcycle in an IED attack and caused damage.
August 30: In Gulistan area of Qila Abdullah, fighters simultaneously attacked the hideouts of the “Death Squad.” In this attack, 2 operatives were killed and at least 3 were injured, while one bunker of the hideout was destroyed. On the same day in Chahter, Chagai, fighters took a commercial vehicle into custody on the commercial route.
Near Mastung city, fighters shot and killed Syed Noor son of Bakhtiar Khan Samalani (resident of Shaharg), an agent of the occupying army. The said person was directly involved in facilitating the occupying army in enforced disappearances of young people and military aggression.
On the same day, during clashes with the occupying army in Washuk, a brave BLA fighter, Sangat Lal Khan alias Durk, was martyred. Meanwhile, during intense clashes with the occupying army at the location of “Jori Cross” in Surab, two more fighters, Sangat Zahoor Ahmed Langov alias Shikari and alias Foji, attained the rank of martyrdom.
August 31: In Dali area of Kharan, fighters ambushed a convoy of the occupying army, in which several enemy personnel were killed and injured. Meanwhile, in Kardigap area of Mastung, fighters took a commercial vehicle into custody during two separate operations and targeted a convoy of commercial vehicles in an armed attack. Furthermore, in Chagai, fighters took control of two Levies Force posts at the locations of “Kanal” and “Lera Rek” and seized weapons and vehicles, while the detained personnel were released under the organization’s policy.
The spokesperson said that on August 7, two BLA fighters, Maulvi Imran alias Umar and Munir Ahmed alias Abdul Basir, were martyred in an occupying army drone attack in Washuk. Meanwhile, on July 14, 2026, Sangat Sherbaz Bangulzai alias Gazeen was martyred in an occupying army drone attack in Dasht area of Mastung.
The Baloch Liberation Army pays its red salute with the utmost reverence to the selfless sacrifices of its great martyrs who offered their lives in the struggle for the liberation of their homeland, martyr Ali Haider alias Kamal, martyr Sangat Lal Khan alias Durk, martyr Sangat Zahoor Ahmed Langov alias Shikari, martyr Sangat alias Foji, martyr Maulvi Imran alias Umar, martyr Munir Ahmed alias Abdul Basir, and martyr Sangat Sherbaz Bangulzai alias Gazeen. The sacred blood and unparalleled sacrifice of these martyrs are a shining chapter of the Baloch national struggle and the fundamental source of the determination and steadfastness of the fighters. While honoring the aspirations of its martyrs, the BLA reiterates its resolve that the struggle against the occupying Pakistani army, its agents, and exploitative projects, including the “economic blockade,” will continue with full force on all fronts, and their mission will be brought to its logical conclusion at all costs until the establishment of an independent and sovereign Balochistan.
