Kech: Unidentified armed men briefly set up a checkpoint and conducted snap checking on Zubeida Jalal Highway in the Nasirabad area of Kech, Balochistan.
According to local sources, the armed men blocked the road for a short period and inspected every passing vehicle during the checking operation.
Sources said that during the checkpoint activity, the armed men detained a local resident, identified as Wajidad son of Hussain, and took him away along with his vehicle.
No further information has been received regarding his whereabouts, and no group has claimed responsibility for the incident so far. Authorities have also not issued any official statement on the matter yet.
