Heavy Troop Movement Sparks Operation Fears in Jhao, Awaran

Awaran: Heavy movement of Pakistani military forces has been reported in the Jhao area of Awaran district, triggering fears among local residents of an imminent large-scale military operation.

According to local sources, a significant number of Pakistani troops have been deployed in and around the mountainous regions of Jhao, particularly in the areas of Maitag Kohro and Darokochag. Witnesses report that military convoys, including armored vehicles, have been moving through these areas since early today.

Sources further stated that Pakistani forces have confiscated motorcycles and other means of transportation from local residents, adding to the anxiety and uncertainty in the region.

The unusual buildup of troops and equipment has fueled speculation that the military may be preparing to launch a major ground operation. Residents say the situation has created an atmosphere of fear, with many families concerned about potential raids, arrests and displacement.

No official statement has yet been issued by the military or local administration regarding the purpose of this deployment.
