Kachhi, unidentified armed motorcyclists opened fire on the vehicle of the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Kachhi. Fortunately, the SSP and the police personnel accompanying him remained unharmed.
According to police officials, the SSP had been visiting the Haji Shahr police station to inspect the damage caused by a recent attack in which armed individuals targeted the station and set government records on fire. While returning from the inspection, unknown gunmen began indiscriminate firing on his convoy in the area between Sanni and Bhag.
The exchange of fire continued intensely for about twenty to twenty-five minutes; however, no casualties were reported.
