
QUETTA: The spokesperson of the United Baloch Army (UBA), Mazar Baloch, in a brief statement sent to the media, has claimed responsibility for the attacks in the Bhag Nari area of Kachhi district, Balochistan, and for taking control of the town.
According to the spokesperson, the freedom fighters have gained complete control of Bhag Nari town, the headquarters of Kachhi district’s Bhag tehsil.
The spokesperson said that after taking control of key government installations, including a bank, the Levies station, and the police station, the fighters set them on fire. They also set up checkpoints at the main entry points, patrolled the town for several hours, and clashes with occupying forces are ongoing.
In the footage circulating on social media, a large number of Baloch fighters can be seen moving freely through the streets of Bhag Nari, reinforcing the UBA’s claim of control over the area.
Mazar Baloch added that a detailed statement regarding the Bhag Nari attacks will be issued soon.
