Armed Men Set Up Checkpoints on Main Highway in Kharan, Two People Detained

Kharan: Armed men established checkpoints at two different locations on the Kharan–Noshki and Kharan–Basima highways, halting traffic and conducting vehicle searches for over two hours.

According to eyewitnesses, two individuals were taken into custody during the snap checking. No casualties were reported in the incident.

In the past, Baloch pro-independence groups have claimed responsibility for similar operations, though no organization has yet claimed responsibility for this one.
