Oppression Will Continue as Long as the System of Slavery Exists: Abdul Nabi Bangulzai

Baloch pro-independence leader Abdul Nabi Bangulzai has stated that the release or detention of Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC) leaders, including Banuk Mahrang, Banuk Sammi Deen, and other prominent figures, is not the core issue. Instead, the fundamental question is, Why these arrests are happening in the first place?

In his statement, Bangulzai emphasized that these arrests are a direct result of the denial of the Baloch nation’s historical right to sovereignty over its homeland, Balochistan. He asserted that until this right is restored, the situation will remain unchanged.

He further added that the Baloch nation must recognize the real motive behind these detentions. The goal is not just to target a few individuals but to weaken the national struggle as a whole. As long as this system of slavery persists, arrests, enforced disappearances, and oppression will continue. The only solution is the establishment of national sovereignty.
