QUETTA, BALOCHSITAN: The Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) announced that its newly formed female unit, the Karima Armed Assault Division (KAAD), successfully carried out its first armed operation in the Jusak area near Turbat, marking a significant development in the ongoing conflict.
According to Major Gwahram Baloch, spokesperson for the BLF, KAAD ambushed a convoy of the occupying Pakistani army’s Action Task Force on the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) highway close to Jusak. The attack was multi-pronged and carefully planned, resulting in several personnel of the occupying army being killed and wounded on the spot. The military vehicles involved in the convoy also sustained damage during the assault.
This operation represents the inaugural armed action by the Karima Armed Assault Division, the female combat unit of the BLF, signaling an expansion of the group’s operational capabilities.
Major Gwahram Baloch stated that a detailed report outlining the success of the operation, the extent of enemy losses and the military objectives of KAAD will be released to the media soon.
This development underscores the evolving tactics and increasing involvement of female fighters in the Balochistan liberation movement.
