BRA Claims Killing of Four Personnel in Attack on Mari Energies Convoy in Dera Bugti

QUETTA, BALOCHISTAN: The Baloch Republican Army (BRA) has claimed responsibility for an attack on a convoy belonging to Mari Energies Limited in Dera Bugti, saying four security personnel were killed.

According to the group, its fighters ambushed the convoy, which was en route to Sui, near Inayat Shah Darbar in Sui tehsil on Saturday. The BRA said the attack left four company security personnel dead and eight others, including employees, injured. The group also said several vehicles in the convoy were damaged.

In a statement claiming responsibility, BRA spokesperson Sarbaz Baloch said the organization would continue what it called its struggle against the exploitation of Baloch resources and would oppose any project carried out without the consent of the Baloch people.
