KHARAN, BALOCHISTAN: Armed men set up a blockade on the Quetta–Kharan main highway and searched vehicles.
According to reports, during this time, the armed men also destroyed an empty checkpost belonging to Pakistani forces on the Quetta–Kharan highway using explosive material.
The armed men maintained the blockade on the highway for several hours, searching vehicles traveling in both directions.
It is worth noting that Baloch separatist armed groups are active in the area and have previously been involved in blockades, checking vehicles transporting minerals, and attacks on Pakistani forces.
However, no group has claimed responsibility for this incident so far.
