Quetta: The Baloch Republican Guards (BRG) have claimed responsibility for a hand-grenade attack on Pakistani police in Quetta.
According to the BRG, the attack occurred last night while police personnel were patrolling the area. The explosion caused casualties among the officers and resulted in material damage.
In a statement, Dostain Baloch, spokesperson for the Baloch Republican Guards, said the organization accepts responsibility for the attack and warned that such operations will continue until the independence of Balochistan is achieved.
