Bodies Found in Panjgur, Khuzdar; Four People Disappeared by Pakistani Forces

Quetta: Two bodies were recovered from Panjgur and Khuzdar on Wednesday, with authorities reporting that identification has not yet been established.

According to local sources, a body of an unidentified man was found in the Shapathan area of Panjgur. Police shifted the body to the Teaching Hospital for identification and legal procedures. Similarly, another body was recovered in the Baghbana area of Khuzdar, bearing multiple bullet wounds. The deceased has also not been identified so far.

Meanwhile, four individuals were subjected to enforced disappearance in separate incidents in Lahore, Quetta, and Kech.

In Lahore, Shawazib Saleem, a FAST University student from Model Town, Dera Ghazi Khan, was forcibly disappeared on October 23 while on his way to university. He is a seventh-semester civil engineering student.

In Quetta’s Eastern Bypass Link Road area, Najeebullah, son of Duran Jatoi, and Nadeem, son of Azad Khan Jatoi, were detained by Pakistani forces on October 22 and October 29 respectively, after which their whereabouts remain unknown.

In Kech district, the family of 17-year-old Ameer Bakhsh, son of Gangozar, from the Kalkaar-Balgetar area, reported that he was taken into custody by Frontier Corps personnel on November 18. His family has called for his immediate recovery.
