The Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) claims responsibility for an attack on the main camp of occupying Pakistani forces in Kharan.
Major Gwhram Baloch, spokesperson for the BLF, said that fighters attacked the central camp of the occupying Pakistani forces located in the middle of Kharan city, on Thursday, September 25, at around 1:00 p.m. The assault was carried out using modern small arms and grenade launchers. The spokesperson stated that, in addition to personnel losses, military equipment and facilities inside the camp were damaged.
He added that the BLF follows a strategy of targeting occupying Pakistani forces across Balochistan’s villages, mountains, cities and highways. As a result of this campaign, occupying forces have suffered not only casualties but also psychological and moral defeat. To overcome this fear, anxiety and demoralization, the state has increasingly turned to repression and violence against ordinary civilians and civilian populations.
The spokesperson said, that the BLF accepts responsibility for the Kharan attack and reiterated the group’s resolve to continue targeting occupying forces until the achievement of an independent Balochistan.
