KARACHI: Ceremony Begins in Honour of Ustad Imam Bakhsh Majnoon, Attended by Literary, Cultural and Political Figures
A ceremony held in honour of renowned Balochi singer Ustad Imam Bakhsh Majnoon was formally inaugurated at the Arts Council Karachi under the auspices of the Balochi Music Promoters Society, drawing hundreds of attendees.
The event was inaugurated by Society President Khalil Tagrani, who welcomed the participants.
The ceremony was attended by Balochistan Academy head Dr. Ghafoor Shad, along with writers, intellectuals, and literary, social, and political figures.
Special guests included former Chief Minister of Balochistan Dr. Abdul Malik Baloch, Parliamentary Secretary for Energy Asghar Rind, former Balochistan Assembly member Lala Rasheed Dashti, former Senator Kahda Akram Baloch, and other political leaders.
During the ceremony, a panel discussion will be held on Ustad Imam Bakhsh Majnoon’s artistic contributions, followed by a special musical session paying tribute to his art and services.
