KHARAN, BALOCHISTAN: Armed individuals launched a heavy attack on a Frontier Corps (FC) checkpoint at Tagzzi Bridge in the Kharan district on the evening of May 10, 2026, sending shockwaves through the area, regional sources said.
According to regional sources, the attack took place at approximately 8 p.m. when Baloch freedom fighters struck the FC checkpoint located at Tagzzi Bridge. Attackers reportedly used rocket launchers, and seven consecutive explosions along with intense gunfire were heard in the area.
Thick clouds of smoke were seen rising from the site following the attack.
No official statement has been issued by security forces regarding casualties or damage at the time of reporting.
