BLA Claims Responsibility for 11 Attacks; 11 Occupying Soldiers Killed, 3 Military Intelligence Personnel Arrested

QUETTA: The Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) spokesperson, Jeeyand Baloch, in a statement to the media, announced that BLA fighters conducted eleven operations between April 25 and May 3, resulting in the deaths of eleven occupying soldiers. These attacks targeted Pakistani military forces, vehicles carrying minerals, and their equipment. Four improvised explosive device (IED) attacks inflicted severe casualties and material losses on the occupying forces, while three military intelligence personnel were captured.

The spokesman further stated that during clashes with occupying forces, three BLA fighters Asad Jamaldini alias Baba Darwish, Shakeel Rehman Baloch alias Sheikh Atta and Sheikh Mengal alias Sadiq were martyred.

He Said that, on April 24, in Tariz near Noshki, BLA fighters engaged Pakistani forces in a firefight, resulting in the martyrdom of three BLA fighters. On April 25, in Mastung’s Dasht region, three military intelligence operatives disguised in civilian clothes were arrested while moving in the area. Tracing devices were recovered from them, and further interrogations are underway.

On April 26, BLA fighters imposed a blockade on the main route in Panjgur’s Chidagi area, puncturing tires of twelve trailer trucks and warning the drivers before releasing them.On April 27, the blockade was re-imposed on the same route, with eleven trailer trucks’ tires punctured and drivers warned.

On April 28, BLA fighters attacked the quarters of a construction company in Dalbandin with hand grenades, injuring five company workers. Also on April 28, in Paroom, Panjgur, BLA fighters attacked Pakistani soldiers who had arrived at a checkpost to provide security to convoys. Two soldiers were killed.

On April 29, BLA fighters targeted the main Pakistani military camp in Kalat city with grenade launchers, causing casualties and material damage. On May 1, in Dalbandin’s Chil Gazi area, BLA fighters took control of a leasehold, seizing weapons and a motorcycle from security personnel.

On May 2, in Panjgur’s Chidagi area, a remote-controlled IED attack targeted an occupying military vehicle, killing five soldiers and seriously wounding two others. The vehicle was completely destroyed. On the same day, in Pasni’s Shadi Kor area, an IED attack destroyed a military vehicle, killing four soldiers and injuring four more.

In Duki’s Luni area, BLA fighters targeted armed groups formed by the occupying forces to protect mineral transport vehicles. A remote-controlled IED attack injured two personnel riding a motorcycle. On May 3, in Kharan’s Almark area, BLA fighters targeted bomb disposal squad members of the occupying Pakistani forces with an IED attack during their clearance operation, injuring three soldiers.

Jeeyand Baloch reaffirmed the BLA’s commitment to continue their resistance against occupying forces until the freedom of their homeland is achieved. He paid tribute to the bravery and sacrifice of the martyred fighters, stating that their blood has lit the path of resistance and will guide the freedom movement forward. The struggle for the survival and sovereignty of the Baloch nation will persist following the footsteps of the martyrs until the complete withdrawal of the occupiers.
