QUETTA: The protest camp organized by the Voice for Baloch Missing Persons (VBMP) outside the Quetta Press Club entered its 6,154th consecutive day, as demonstrators renewed their demands for the recovery of all missing persons, including Daad Shah Baloch.
Participants from various walks of life gathered at the long-running sit-in camp to express solidarity with the families of the victims and called for an immediate end to enforced disappearances. Attendees stressed that the families of missing persons have been living in pain and uncertainty for years.
VBMP Chairman Nasrullah Baloch demanded the immediate and safe recovery of Daad Shah Baloch and all other missing individuals. He stated that if any person faces charges, they must be produced before a court of law so that due legal process is followed and justice is served to their families.
Nasrullah Baloch further urged the government and relevant institutions to treat the issue of enforced disappearances with the seriousness it deserves, and to spare the affected families from further suffering.
