
BALOCHISTAN: Several major attacks targeting Pakistani security forces were reported from different areas of Balochistan, with reports indicating casualties among security personnel.
According to initial reports, an attack took place in the Parom, Panjgur, where a convoy of the Pakistan Army was targeted. Early information suggests that security forces suffered significant casualties in the incident. Sources also claimed that the attackers used night vision scopes during the operation.
In another incident, armed individuals reportedly carried out an ambush on personnel of the Counter Terrorism Department in the Deghari area of Quetta. According to reports, two CTD personnel were killed and one injured in the attack while they were traveling in a private vehicle.
A few hours later, another attack reportedly occurred in the same area when unidentified individuals targeted a CTD vehicle with explosive materials, causing further casualties among Pakistani forces. This was said to be the second attack at the same location on the same day.
Meanwhile, in another incident near Grok in Kharan, a convoy of six vehicles belonging to the Pakistan Army was reportedly attacked. Reports claim that more than 24 soldiers were killed in the assault.
Following the incident, drone flights were also reported over the area, suggesting heightened security activity.
