Quetta: The Meteorological Department has forecast cloudy weather in most districts of Balochistan, with rain and strong winds expected in several areas.
According to the department, rain accompanied by gusty winds and thunderstorms is likely in Quetta, Pishin, Muslim Bagh, Zhob, Ziarat, Barkhan, Sibi, and Kalat.
Similar weather conditions, including strong winds and thunderstorms with rain, are also expected in Kech, Panjgur, Washuk, Kharan, Khuzdar, and Gwadar.
The Meteorological Department reported that the minimum temperature in Quetta was recorded at 3°C, while Kalat also recorded 3°C. In Ziarat, the minimum temperature dropped to 2°C, and Zhob recorded 5°C.
Sibi recorded a minimum temperature of 13°C, while Turbat recorded 15°C. In Nokundi, the minimum temperature was recorded at 13°C, and Chaman recorded 5°C.
In the coastal areas of Balochistan, Gwadar recorded a minimum temperature of 13°C, while Jiwani recorded 15°C.
The Meteorological Department has advised residents to remain cautious during periods of strong winds and thunderstorms.
