
Quetta, October 5, 2025: The Baloch Students Organization (BSO) and Baloch Students Organization (Pajjar) jointly organized a memorial reference in Quetta to honor the memory of martyred Chairman Zubair Baloch and Nisar Baloch. The event brought together leaders and representatives from various political and student organizations across Balochistan.
Prominent guests included Adv. Sajid Tareen, Senior Vice President of the Balochistan National Party (BNP) Mir Kabir Ahmad Mohammad Shahi, Central Secretary General of the National Party Nasrullah Baloch, Chairman of Voice for Baloch Missing Persons (VBMP) and Ghulam Nabi Mari, District President of BNP. The session was moderated by Agha Hameed Shah and began with two minutes of silence in remembrance of Baloch martyrs.
Speakers at the gathering, including Malik Babul Baloch, Vice Chairman of BSO Pajjar Nazir Baloch, Senior Vice Chairman of BSO Samand Baloch, Central Secretary General Adv. Sajid Tareen, Mir Kabir Ahmad, Ali Ahmad Langov, Ghulam Nabi Mari, Tahir Shah (Provincial President, Pashtun Students Federation), Nasrullah Baloch, Adv. Ishaq Baloch, Hooran Baloch and Agha Haq Nawaz Shah, paid rich tribute to the political struggle and sacrifices of the martyred leaders.
Speakers described Zubair Baloch as a courageous and principled political activist who raised his voice fearlessly for the rights of the Baloch nation and against enforced disappearances. They said his extrajudicial killing was a deliberate attempt to silence the voice of resistance, but his sacrifice would remain a beacon for future generations of Baloch youth.
Tributes were also paid to Nisar Jan Baloch, whose lifelong struggle for national unity, justice and the principles of equality and freedom was remembered with deep respect.
Participants unanimously demanded an end to extrajudicial killings and enforced disappearances in Balochistan, urging political and human rights platforms to raise the issue at every level. They called on students and political workers to continue the mission of the martyrs and carry forward their legacy of resistance.
The memorial concluded with a collective pledge that the sacrifices of Zubair Baloch and Nisar Baloch would never be forgotten, and their vision would continue to guide the struggle for justice and national rights in Balochistan.
