Ziarat: Kidnapped Assistant Commissioner Muhammad Afzal and Son Killed, Bodies Recovered
Assistant Commissioner Muhammad Afzal, who was abducted along with his son about one and a half months ago from Zizri in Ziarat, has been killed by his captors. According to Levies sources, his body was recovered from the Zardalo area of Ziarat.
Sources said that a few days earlier, the abductors had released a video in which Afzal appealed for their demands to be met. However, no group or organization had claimed responsibility for the abduction.
