Kolwah: Kachkol Baloch Forcibly Disappeared, His Brother Missing Since 2015

In Kolwah, Balochistan, Pakistani forces have forcibly disappeared the brother of a man who has already been missing for the last ten years.

The disappeared person has been identified as Kachkol Baloch, son of Miyar and a resident of Malar, Kolwah. He was taken into custody by Pakistani forces on the morning of 20 August and moved to an unknown location.

According to sources, Kachkol’s brother, Rasool Jan, has also been missing since 18 July 2015, when he was detained by Pakistani forces and disappeared.

Reports further say that Kachkol is a relative of Hoori Baloch, a woman killed and Naeem Baloch, a young man killed, during a raid and firing by forces in May this year.

The family of Kachkol Baloch has demanded his immediate recovery.
