Kech, Balochistan – In a series of troubling incidents in Kech district, one individual has been subjected to enforced disappearance by Pakistani forces, while another previously missing youth has returned home. In a separate incident, a man was shot dead by unidentified gunmen in Buleda.
According to local sources, Pakistani forces detained Suhail, son of Haji Wahid Bakhsh, a resident of Dandar, Sol Dasht, and shifted him to an undisclosed location. He has been missing since his arrest. Family members stated that Suhail was taken without any legal procedure, expressing concerns that he may face the same fate as other victims of enforced disappearance—either killed in staged encounters or implicated in false cases. The family has demanded his immediate and safe release.
On the other hand, Dawlat, son of Badar, who was previously subjected to enforced disappearance from the Tump Tejaban area of Kech, was released and returned home last night.
Meanwhile, in Buleda’s Kore Pusht area, unidentified armed assailants opened fire on Yasir, son of Nasrum, killing him on the spot. The motive behind the killing remains unknown, and investigations are ongoing.
