In the Gomazi area of Tump, Kech district, a key member of a local death squad, Naseem Kohi, was killed in an armed attack by assailants riding in a Vigo vehicle.
According to reports, the attack occurred this evening near Gomazi Ground, just a short distance from a military camp, where Naseem Kohi was targeted and shot dead on the spot. He was reportedly directly involved in the killing of martyred Captain Jahangir.
Eyewitnesses said the attackers arrived in a Vigo vehicle and opened fire on Naseem Kohi as soon as they spotted him, killing him instantly.
Naseem Kohi was known to be a prominent member of a death squad operating in the area.
So far, no group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
