Dera Bugti (Monitoring Desk) – Police in Dera Bugti, Balochistan, have arrested Nawabzada Ghoram Bugti under Section 3 of the Maintenance of Public Order (MPO) ordinance.
According to the Democratic Watan Party, prior to Ghoram Bugti’s arrest, the area was sealed, and residents were subjected to harassment. He had previously announced a long march from Dera Bugti to Quetta in protest against the arrest of Baloch Yakjehti Committee leaders.
It is also noteworthy that Sardar Akhtar Mengal’s long march has been blocked for the past seven days at the Lukpas area of Mastung, preventing his entry into Quetta.
