Major Gwahram Baloch, spokesperson for the Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF), stated that Baloch fighters carried out two separate attacks on occupying Pakistani forces in the Kech district, inflicting heavy casualties.
He said that on the morning of April 3, at approximately 8:30 AM, BLF fighters targeted Pakistani forces conducting road clearance operations on foot between Mand Maheer and Balochabad with an IED attack. As a result of the powerful explosion, five personnel were eliminated on the spot, while Naik Wali Muhammad Kakar of the paramilitary force’s 165th Wing and another personnel sustained serious injuries.
Following the attack, a military convoy consisting of 17 vehicles and a helicopter reached the site and shifted the bodies and wounded to the Turbat headquarters.
Later the same day, at around 7:40 PM, BLF fighters launched another attack targeting a Military Intelligence (MI) office in the Soro area of Mand using a hand grenade. The grenade successfully landed inside the office, causing casualties and material damage.
Major Gwahram Baloch said Baloch fighters are consistently targeting enemy positions across all fronts and inflicting severe losses. He added that in an attempt to hide their mounting defeats, the occupying forces deliberately avoid revealing the identities of their eliminated personnel to uphold army morale.
The Balochistan Liberation Front accepts responsibility for both attacks and reiterated its commitment to continue its operations against occupying forces and collaborators until the liberation of Balochistan is achieved.
