In the Mand area of Kech district, armed individuals targeted a convoy of Pakistani forces consisting of 11 vehicles in an IED attack.
According to reports, one of the vehicles in the convoy was hit by an explosion this morning in the Mahir area of Mand, resulting in significant casualties and financial losses for the forces.
Local sources reported that after the powerful explosion, a military helicopter was seen heading towards the site, while the forces transferred a critically injured soldier to Mand Hospital.
Further details regarding fatalities are yet to be confirmed.
No group has claimed responsibility for the attack so far.
