Police have registered a case against Imran Baloch under the 3MPO Act and transferred him to Gadani Jail.
Former chairman of the Baloch Students Organization and National Party comrade Imran Baloch was taken into custody by the Hub administration and moved to Central Jail Gadani under the 3MPO Act.
He was arrested a few days ago by the police during a sit-in protest organized by the Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC) at Hub Chowki Bhawani. The demonstration was held to demand the release of missing persons and protest the arrests of BYC leaders.
Yesterday, the Deputy Commissioner of Hub issued orders for his transfer to jail under the 3MPO Act.
It is worth noting that several key members of the Baloch Yakjehti Committee, including Mah Rang Baloch, Sami Deen Baloch, Bebo Baloch, and Bibarg Zehri, have also been detained under the same act.
Additionally, yesterday, police in Hub arrested more BYC members, including MahZaib Baloch and Fauzia Baloch. However, they were released by the court today.
