Armed fighters reported in Yakmuch, Quetta-Taftan highway blocked

CHAGAI , BALOCHISTAN: Reports of large number of armed Baloch fighters, including women, entering YakmUch in Chagai

Accoridng to Zrumbesh source, a large number of Baloch pro-independence fighters, including a significant number of women, have entered the Yakmuch area of Balochistan’s Chagai district.

According to local reports, the fighters have set up a blockade on the main Quetta-Taftan highway at Yakmuch. Some reports claim that a large group of fighters, including women, has taken control of Yakmuch town.

No group has claimed responsibility so far. There has been no official confirmation of the reports and no immediate response from Pakistani authorities.
