Balochistan: Three people forcibly disappeared by Pakistani forces, one released

QUETTA, BALOCHISTAN: Reports have been received of three people being forcibly disappeared from Kharan, Kech and Mastung, while one person has been released in Quetta.

According to the details, Dr Abdul Malik, 37, son of Haji Noor Ahmed, a resident of Kharan, was taken into custody by the Frontier Corps (FC) from Kharan at 2 a.m. on the night of October 2 and has been missing since.

Asad Baloch, 27, son of Kohda Dil Murad, a resident of Shapuk in Kech, was detained from his home in Absar, Turbat, on the night of August 18 by a death squad and has been missing since.

Mumtaz Baloch, 18, son of Sultan Muhammad, a resident of Mastung, was detained from Mastung on June 5 by the FC and Military Intelligence (MI) and has been missing since.

Meanwhile, Malik Ali Nawaz Baloch, son of Ghulam Jan, a resident of Sariab in Quetta, who disappeared forcibly on October 2, was released in Quetta on October 3.
