Tortured Body of a Baloch Enforced disappeared Person Found in Panjgur

A bullet-riddled body was recovered from Phull Abad Jorkan Kor area of ​​Distt Panjgur today, which was shifted to the teaching hospital for identification, which was later identified as Naveed s/o Lal Bakhsh.

Naveed son of Lal Bakhsh was forcibly abducted by operatives of the state-established death squad from Hoshop area of Kech district on18th June , 2024, his body was found tortured.

Once again in Balochistan, the tortured corpses of forcibly disappeared persons are being recovered, those were abducted by the state and its established death squads, on which the relatives of the missing persons expressed serious concern.

BNM’s human rights Dept PAANK has expressed great concern over the recovery of the tortured body of the forcibly disappeared Naveed son of Lal Baksh from Panjgur and strongly condemned it and wrote that the series of forced disappearances and genocide should be stopped

PAANK tweeted ” We condemn the extrajudicial killing of Naveed Baloch in Panjgur this morning, following his abduction from Hoshab, Balochistan, on 18th of June, 2024. This tragic event highlights the Pakistani army’s alarming increase in enforced disappearances, with dozens of individuals disappearing each month. This systematic campaign of abductions must end, and those responsible must be held accountable.
