Militants Attack Crushing Plant in Jhal Magsi, Abduct 5; Six Vehicles Torched in Panjgur; Farmer Killed in Kharan Drone Strike

QUETTTA, BALOCHISTAN: Unidentified armed men attacked a crushing plant in the Jhal Magsi area of Balochistan and abducted a local contractor, along with four of his associates and a vehicle. No further details have emerged following the incident.

Separately, on Friday, armed men attacked a construction site in the Sargawaz area of Panjgur, where a contractor working for “Jan Construction Company” was operating. According to sources, the attackers set fire to five trucks and an excavator (heavy machinery) before leaving the area.

No organization has so far claimed responsibility for either incident.

In a separate development, a farmer identified as Sultan Muhammad, son of Haji Malik Usman Sasooli, was killed in a drone strike during an ongoing military operation in the Laje area of Kharan.
