BLF Pays Tribute to Martyred Fighters Who Defended the Motherland: Spokesperson Major Gwahram Baloch

QUETTA: The Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) has paid homage to its fighters who embraced martyrdom in the national liberation struggle. The martyrs include Salman Waheeda, Ikram Baloch, Shaibaz Shohaz, Masood Baloch, Izzat Baloch and Hamza Baloch, who all sacrificed their lives defending the nation and homeland with unwavering dedication.

Lieutenant Salman Waheeda, also known as Shikari Chirag Jan, a resident of Zamuran, joined the BLF in 2023 and served bravely on multiple fronts including Zamuran, Kulbar and Mand. He played a crucial role in an operation that resulted in the death of eleven enemy soldiers. Salman was a skilled marksman and member of the Sniper Tactical Team. He was martyred in an enemy aerial strike on April 16, 2026, in Dashtuk, Zamuran.

Ikram Baloch, alias Hameed, from Omarikahn, Saami, joined the BLF in 2017 and fought courageously across various areas including Shapuk and Balgatar. He was instrumental in two battles to capture enemy camps and was known for his dedication to Baloch freedom. Ikram was martyred alongside Salman on April 16, 2026, in an aerial strike in Dashtuk.

Shaibaz Shohaz, alias Kiyya Baloch, originally from Gar, Panjgur, joined in 2020. He initially served as an urban guerrilla and later as a camp commander on the mountain front. Shaibaz was also a poet of the Balochi language. He was killed on April 15, 2026, in a treacherous attack by enemy agents.

Masood Baloch, alias Bharag, served in the BLF’s urban network providing surveillance and logistical support. He was martyred on February 19, 2026, in a quadcopter attack by enemy forces near Omari Kahn.

Izzat alias Jummi and Hamza alias Waheed, residents of Tump, Dazin, were martyred in a death squad attack on January 1, 2026. Izzat joined the BLF in 2013 and served both in urban and camp fronts, while Hamza joined in 2009 and contributed tirelessly to the movement. Both took part in several successful operations against enemy forces in Gwadar, Dasht, Turbat, and Mand.

The BLF honors all the martyrs for their immense sacrifices and reaffirms its commitment to continue the struggle against the occupying forces with greater determination until their mission is fulfilled
