QUETTA: The Spokesperson for Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) Major Gwharam Baloch said that our fighters targeted a large convoy of the occupying Pakistani military at the Sedh area of Jhao Awaran in a coordinated and lethal attack. The military convoy was advancing from Awaran toward Jhao when our pre-positioned fighters struck it. Our fighters launched a fierce assault on the enemy convoy from all four directions using rocket launchers, LMGs and other automatic heavy weapons. Three enemy vehicles were completely destroyed in the attack, resulting in 10 military personnel killed on the spot, while several others were wounded.
During the operation, the enemy attempted an aerial strike on the fighters’ positions using a quadcopter; however, our fighters responded promptly and brought down the enemy’s quadcopter.
He Further said that in another operation, on April 18, 2026, our fighters targeted a three-vehicle Pakistani military convoy in the Nodiz area of Turbat. The operation was carried out as the enemy convoy was attempting to clear a route for its movement in the area. At the beginning of the attack, our fighters targeted two bomb disposal squad personnel who were checking the road for security clearance, killing both on the spot. Subsequently, all three military vehicles in the convoy were attacked with automatic weapons, resulting in one more personnel killed and two wounded. The vehicles also sustained significant damage.
In another operation, on April 18, 2026, BLF’s fighters attacked the Frontier Corps FC Training Center in the Banzgir area of Khuzdar with a hand grenade. Fighters hurled a hand grenade at the FC residential quarters, which detonated with a powerful explosion, inflicting damage on the enemy. Panicked enemy personnel opened heavy fire in all directions.
Major Gwharam Baloch said that In another operation, on April 17, 2026, our fighters targeted a Pakistani military checkpoint at the Kinechi area of Kolwah Awaran, using a thermal scope, one enemy soldier was killed. Fighters from other units attacked the checkpoint with automatic and heavy weapons, inflicting casualties and material damage on the enemy.
Similarly, in another operation, on April 17, 2026, at approximately 3:00 PM, our fighters carried out an organized blockade on the Makuran Coastal Highway in the Shitangi area of Pasni. The fighters established full military control over a large section of the highway, halting all types of enemy movement.
During the blockade, vehicles were subjected to strict surveillance and snap checking. The purpose of this operation was to challenge the so-called writ of the occupying state on the main highways of occupied Balochistan and to monitor the enemy’s suspicious military movements. After achieving their strategic objectives, the fighters safely withdrew to their bases.
The Balochistan Liberation Front appeals to the public and travelers on the highways to ensure full cooperation during blockades and checks conducted by our fighters. We wish to make it clear that complying with the fighters’ instructions during a blockade is necessary for your own safety. If any individual or vehicle violates the blockade or adopts suspicious behavior instead of cooperating, our fighters will be justified in treating them as the enemy or an enemy facilitator and taking action accordingly. In such cases, the individuals concerned will themselves be responsible for any loss of life or property. T
The Balochistan Liberation Front claims responsibility for these five operations, the attacks on military convoys in Jhao and Turbat, the blockade on the Makuran Coastal Highway, the hand grenade attack in Khuzdar, and the targeting the military camp in Kolwah.
