
QUETTA: At least four people were injured in a hand grenade attack carried out by unidentified armed men in Ward No. 2 of Pasni, while in a separate incident in Panjgur, one person was shot dead after armed men attempted to abduct him.
According to local sources, the grenade attack in Pasni targeted individuals in Ward No. 2, leaving four people injured. The injured were identified as Zahid, son of Ghulam Ali, Imtiaz Ali, son of Ghulam Hussain, Ahid, son of Mohammad Musabal and Taufiq, son of Sharaf Deen. All of them are residents of Shahdadkot, Qambar, and Larkana districts of Sindh.
The injured individuals were shifted to a nearby hospital for medical treatment. No group has so far claimed responsibility for the attack.
Meanwhile, in a separate incident in the Khudabadan area of Panjgur, unidentified armed men attempted to abduct Abdullah, son of Kareem Jan. According to reports, Abdullah tried to escape during the attempted abduction, after which the armed men opened fire on him.
As a result of the firing, Abdullah Baloch was killed on the spot. Further details about the incident remain unclear.
