Kolwah: Bomb Blast Targets Pakistani Forces Convoy

In Kolwah area of Awaran district, Balochistan, unknown armed men targeted a convoy of Pakistani forces with a bomb explosion.

According to sources, the forces’ convoy was traveling from Sehr area towards Gishkore this morning when it hit an IED planted roadside at Sajdi. Reports indicate casualties and damage among the forces, but official sources have not yet confirmed any loss of life.

It is worth recalling that on May 15, a Pakistani forces’ armored vehicle was attacked by a bomb in Kolwah, resulting in its complete destruction and the death of all personnel inside. The Baloch Liberation Front (BLF) had claimed responsibility for that attack.

However, no group or organization has claimed responsibility for today’s attack so far.
