Kalat: The zonal spokesperson of Baloch Students Organization (BSO) Kalat has expressed serious concerns over recruitments by the National Rural Support Programme (NRSP) in Kalat without written tests or interviews.
In a statement, the spokesperson said such appointments are a clear violation of merit and are negatively affecting the rights of capable, deserving, and qualified candidates.
The statement further noted that non-transparent hiring practices undermine public trust in institutions. BSO Kalat demanded that all recruitments be conducted through a clear, fair, and transparent process, with mandatory written tests and interviews to ensure equal opportunities for all applicants.
The organization also urged relevant authorities to immediately take notice of the matter, conduct a complete and impartial investigation and take strict legal action against those responsible if irregularities are proven.
The spokesperson warned that if the issue is not addressed seriously, affected candidates may be forced to launch protests.
