Quetta Anti-Terrorism Court Declares Dr. Sabiha Baloch, Dr. Shalee Baloch and 10 Others as Proclaimed Offenders

Quetta: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Quetta has declared 12 individuals, including Dr. Sabiha Baloch, Gulzar Dost Baloch, and Dr. Shalee Baloch, as proclaimed offenders in an ongoing case.

According to the court notice, the accused were summoned under Case No. 96/25 and FIR No. 67/2025. The ATC had earlier ordered all named individuals to appear in court on 7 March.

The notice states that the accused are facing charges under various sections of the Pakistan Penal Code, including Sections 153A, 186, 436, 341, 353, 427, 505, and 324, along with Section 7A of the Anti-Terrorism Act. The court has instructed the accused to present themselves on the scheduled date and submit their defense, warning that failure to comply will result in further legal action.

Dr. Sabiha Baloch is a central member of the Baloch Yaekjehti Committee (BYC), Gulzar Dost Baloch is the convener of the Turbat Civil Society, and Dr. Shalee Baloch serves as the central organizer of the Baloch Women Forum.

Sources say the other individuals listed in the notice are also political and social activists. The court has directed all the accused to appear and provide their statements to avoid additional legal consequences.
