QUETTA: The protest camp established by the Voice for Baloch Missing Persons (VBMP) against enforced disappearances in Balochistan completed 6,094 consecutive days on Monday.

The camp, led by VBMP Chairman Nasrullah Baloch, remains set up outside the Quetta Press Club as part of the organization’s ongoing campaign for the recovery of missing persons.

During the day, individuals from various walks of life visited the protest camp to express solidarity with the families of the missing persons. Visitors recorded their protest against enforced disappearances and voiced support for the relatives of those allegedly subjected to the practice.

Participants also called for an immediate end to enforced disappearances and extrajudicial killings of missing Baloch individuals. They demanded the safe recovery of all missing persons and urged authorities to take concrete steps to address the issue.

The VBMP has maintained its long-running sit-in as a peaceful effort to seek justice and accountability regarding cases of enforced disappearances in the province.
