Six People Forcibly Disappeared by Pakistani Forces in Panjgur and Karachi

Panjgur, Karachi: Reports have emerged of six more Baloch citizens being detained by Pakistani forces and moved to unknown locations during separate operations in Panjgur district of Balochistan and Karachi.

According to details, Pakistani forces carried out an operation in the Parom tehsil of Panjgur, arresting five individuals Abdul Ghaffar son of Malang, Hamid son of Dad Mohammad, Majeed son of Rasheed and two others belonging to the Marri tribe. These individuals had been residing in Parom for daily-wage work.

A similar incident occurred in the Sargwath area of Lyari, Karachi, where a rickshaw driver, Shahzaib Samad, was detained by Pakistani forces and forcibly disappeared.

Families of the disappeared individuals have appealed for their immediate recovery, stating that if the detainees are accused of any wrongdoing, they should be produced before the courts rather than being kept in undisclosed locations.
