Turbat: Family of Disappeared Youth Gives Three-Day Ultimatum, Warn of Blocking M-8 Highway

Turbat: The family of Abdul Latif, son of Abdul Rahman, who disappeared from Turbat city, has given the government and administration a three-day ultimatum for his recovery. They warned that if Abdul Latif is not recovered, they will stage a sit-in protest at Jadgal Dun (D-Baloch Point) and block the M-8 highway for all kinds of traffic.

Addressing a press conference at Turbat Press Club, female relatives of the disappeared man said that Abdul Latif was forcibly disappeared on the afternoon of September 13 from a shop near the National Bank. They stated that since the incident, no information has been provided about Abdul Latif’s whereabouts, leaving the family in deep anguish and uncertainty.

The family demanded that the administration ensure Abdul Latif’s immediate recovery, otherwise they would be forced to launch strong protests.

They made it clear that if no progress is made within three days, they will stage a sit-in at Jadgal Dun (D-Baloch Point) and completely block the M-8 highway, which could disrupt regional transportation and commercial activities.
