Kech; On Sunday, a Pakistani forces vehicle was targeted in a bomb attack in the Nawanau Zamuran area of Kech, resulting in the deaths of two personnel, identified as Naik Tahir and Naik Bilal. The attack also destroyed the vehicle.
No group has so far claimed responsibility for the incident. However, the same area recently witnessed a blast in which five personnel were killed, a claim later taken by the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA).
Armed attacks by Baloch insurgent groups have been on the rise across Balochistan. Observers note that the Pakistani military’s media wing, ISPR, often refrains from confirming or disclosing casualties in such incidents.
