Armed Attack on Police Checkpost in Noshki, Weapons Seized

Noshki, Balochistan: Unidentified armed assailants attacked a police checkpost late Wednesday night in the Tadez area of Noshki, seizing official weapons and equipment, sources confirmed.

According to details, the incident occurred around 11:00 PM when the attackers stormed the checkpost, held the on-duty police personnel hostage, and confiscated government-issued firearms and other military gear. Despite the intensity of the raid, no casualties or injuries were reported among the police officials.

The assailants fled the scene in an unknown direction following the incident. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack so far, but such assaults have previously been attributed to Baloch separatist groups active in the region.

Law enforcement agencies have launched an investigation, and security has been tightened in and around Noshki following the attack.
