BLF Claims Responsibility for Attacks in Kharan, Heronk and Chaghi

The Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) has claimed responsibility for a series of attacks targeting Pakistani forces and infrastructure in different areas of Balochistan on June 12.

In a statement released to the media, BLF spokesperson Major Gwahram Baloch said that BLF fighters launched a grenade attack on a Pakistani military checkpoint located on Old Gazi Road in Kharan city at 9:00 PM. The projectiles reportedly hit their targets, causing casualties and material damage to the Pakistani forces.

Earlier that same evening, at approximately 5:40 PM, BLF fighters carried out another attack using multiple grenade launchers on a Pakistani military post in Heronk, inflicting further losses on the occupying forces.

In a separate attack later that night at 11:30 PM, BLF fighters opened fire on an oil tanker traveling on the N-40 highway near Padag, in Chaghi district’s Gudani area. The vehicle was disabled, though the driver was released unharmed on humanitarian grounds.

The BLF spokesperson stated that the organization accepts full responsibility for the attacks in Kharan, Heronk, and Chagai, reaffirming its commitment to target all occupying forces, their military infrastructure, collaborators, and any project aimed at prolonging the occupation of Balochistan and exploiting its natural resources.
