Attacks on Pakistani Forces’ Checkpost in Kharan and DSP’s Residence in Sibi

Kharan, Sibi: Unrest continues in Balochistan as two separate attacks were reported in Kharan and Sibi.

In Kharan city, unidentified armed men attacked a checkpost of Pakistani security forces. During the assault, four loud explosions followed by intense gunfire were heard, raising fears of possible casualties and material damage to the forces. The extent of the losses remains unclear as no official statement has been released so far.

Meanwhile, in the city of Sibi, unidentified individuals carried out a grenade attack on the residence of DSP Headquarters, Muhammad Ashraf Jamali, located within the premises of the City Police Station. The grenade exploded with a loud blast, but fortunately, no casualties were reported. The attackers managed to flee the scene after the explosion.

As of now, no group has claimed responsibility for either attack.
