A 17-year-old girl reportedly died by suicide in the Absar Board area of Turbat. According to circulating information on social media, the deceased has been identified as Hameera, wife of Aslam, originally from Sukkur, Sindh. She is said to have ended her life by hanging.
Sources indicate that the young woman was suffering from domestic issues and severe mental distress. Locals close to the family stated that ongoing household problems had left her deeply depressed, which may have led to this tragic decision.
