Quetta: Two Youth Forcibly Disappeared by Pakistani Forces

In Balochistan’s capital city Quetta (Shal), Pakistani forces raided a house and forcibly disappeared two young men after detaining them.

According to sources, on the night of May 24, 2025, around 2 AM, personnel from the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) raided a house in Kali Mengalabad, Shal, and forcibly took into custody Muhammad Ishaq son of Muhammad Israel and Abdul Razaq son of Muhammad Israel. The two are brothers one a driver and the other a student.

The families of the disappeared have strongly condemned the abductions and demanded the immediate release of their loved ones, calling for an end to state repression in Balochistan.
