
A vehicle of the Pakistan Coast Guards was targeted in a bomb attack by unidentified individuals in Jiwani, a coastal town in Gwadar district, Balochistan.
According to local sources, unknown assailants threw a hand grenade at a Coast Guards vehicle at Police Checkpost, Tak Tayyab Dup, in Jiwani, and fled the scene immediately after the attack.
Following the incident, a large number of security personnel reached the area and launched a search operation. However, no official statement has been released by military or security sources so far.
It is worth noting that similar attacks have occurred in this region in the past, with Baloch armed separatist groups often claiming responsibility.
As of now, no group has claimed responsibility for today’s attack.
