The spokesperson for the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA), Jeeyand Baloch, released a statement claiming that BLA fighters carried out six separate attacks targeting the occupying Pakistani military and its collaborators in the districts of Kech, Mastung, and Kachhi. These attacks included remote-controlled IED explosions and direct armed assaults aimed at the military, its supply routes, and a communication tower.
According to the spokesperson, on the morning of the previous day at 9 AM, BLA fighters targeted members of the Pakistani military’s bomb disposal squad with a remote-controlled IED in the Dashtak area of Zamuran while they were clearing the route. One soldier was killed on the spot in the blast.
He added that earlier today, BLA fighters launched an attack using automatic weapons on a Pakistani military outpost in the Katagan area of Zamuran, inflicting casualties on the occupying forces.
The statement further detailed that BLA fighters also attacked another military outpost in the Siah Dem area of Zamuran using automatic and heavy weapons. Several grenades were fired using launchers, successfully hitting their targets. At least two soldiers were killed and three others injured in the attack.
The spokesperson stated that yesterday afternoon, BLA fighters carried out another remote-controlled IED attack on a supply truck destined for a military camp in Siah Dem, resulting in the complete destruction of the vehicle.
Due to these consecutive attacks, the BLA claims, the occupying forces are now seeking alternative means to fulfill their logistical needs. The Pakistani military is allegedly using local residents in Zamuran and Tagran, luring them with business opportunities through a token system to aid in their operations. The BLA has previously warned locals to refrain from assisting the military in any capacity, stating that those who do will be held personally responsible for any consequences.
Additionally, the BLA spokesperson said that today, in the Chotu area of Mastung, BLA fighters attacked vehicles involved in the plundering of Baloch resources, inflicting severe damage.
In another operation, BLA fighters targeted a communication tower belonging to Ufone in the Haji Shar area of Kachhi, destroying the equipment.
