The spokesperson for Voice for Baloch Missing Persons (VBMP) stated in a press release that the families have provided the organization with the details of Gul Mir Sumalani son of Takari Kashmir Khan of the Sumalani tribe, Waheed Ahmed Sumalani son of Gul Mir, and 13-year-old Abdul Rehman Sumalani son of Syed Mir Khan.
According to the families, personnel of the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) and other security forces forcibly disappeared the three individuals from their home in Killi Bado, Sariab area of Quetta during the night between April 16 and 17. The families said they have not been provided with any information regarding their loved ones, which has caused immense distress and anguish.
The families appealed to the authorities to ensure the safe recovery of their missing loved ones and to end their suffering.
